Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- •Several years of professional experience in strategy execution, business agility, organizational development, or transformation roles
- •Proven experience in agile leadership, business agility, or transformation roles
- •Hands-on experience with strategy execution frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, Balanced Scorecard)
- •Proven track record facilitating workshops and providing guidance to leadership teams
- •Strong background in Change Management and promoting agile ways of working
- •Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced technology environment
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Strong conceptual and systems thinking, effective communication, collaboration and influence without authority, adaptability to change and ambiguity

- •Coordinate and monitor strategy development processes
- •Continuously improve planning and operationalization processes
- •Facilitate strategy execution cycles and workshops with leadership teams

- •Ensure alignment of strategy across departments
- •Coach leaders and teams on formulating operationalized goals
- •Facilitate resolution of cross-team dependencies
- •Promote effective collaboration and communication across teams
- •Support change initiatives and agile working methods
- •Develop and maintain playbooks and guidelines for strategy execution
- •Create training materials for strategy planning
- •Provide facilitation and guidance to enhance teams' capabilities
