Anforderungen
- •PhD or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- •Proven experience in preformulation and NCE drug product development
- •Deep expertise in analytical techniques and instrumentation
- •Strong knowledge of regulatory environments
- •Advanced understanding of statistical methods and process analytics
- •Several years of leadership experience managing global, cross-functional teams
- •Fluency in both German and English
- •Willingness to travel internationally

- •Define and implement the global strategy for analytical development
- •Lead preformulation, in vitro dissolution, method development, and quality control
- •Drive the Analytical Development leadership circle for NCE projects

- •Validate and transfer analytical methods for formulation and process development
- •Ensure analytical methods comply with global regulatory standards
- •Maintain state-of-the-art laboratories and ensure personnel training
- •Foster innovation through accelerated stability models and predictive testing
- •Promote best practice sharing and proactive communication with stakeholders
