Anforderungen

  • •MSc or PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or equivalent scientific degree
  • •Solid leadership experience of direct reports
  • •Substantial experience in aseptic fill&finish processes of drug product
  • •Substantial experience with qualification and validation processes
  • •Experience in manufacturing processes of clinical and commercial batch sizes
  • •Work experience in MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology)
  • •Fluency in English and communication skills in German language

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead a team of MSAT Experts in technology transfers
  • •Manage all aspects of human resource management for the MSAT team
  • •Build and sustain a high-performing team culture
  • •Ensure effective use of resources including time and personnel
  • •Oversee manufacturing processes and resolve technical challenges
  • •Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • •Ensure MSAT processes meet inspection readiness standards
  • •Represent the facility during regulatory inspections and audits
  • •Lead investigations into product and process deviations
  • •Analyze data to identify root causes of failures
  • •Support the DP Operations Head in achieving overall goals
  • •Collaborate on tech transfer and process development across functions
