- •Define and shape the transformation roadmap for Shared Services
- •Identify opportunities and develop proposals in collaboration with Resource Mobilization Division
- •Partner with Technology & Innovation to accelerate transformation initiatives
- •Align with ICRC strategic programs and identify synergies
- •Monitor technology trends and humanitarian best practices to propose relevant approaches
- •Coordinate transformation efforts across HR, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and ICT
- •Standardize and centralize processes to eliminate duplication
- •Collaborate with Heads of Service Lines to plan and deliver transformation initiatives
- •Advise Service Line Leadership on transformation initiatives
- •Represent GSS in cross-cutting transformation programs
- •Champion the adoption of digital tools and automation
- •Ensure technical solutions are resilient and secure for humanitarian contexts
- •Create an innovative ecosystem for idea generation and pilot new solutions
- •Establish a design-thinking culture for continuous improvement
- •Partner with HoSL on GSS communications and engagement
- •Facilitate an engaged ecosystem with internal stakeholders
- •Maintain transparent communication on progress and challenges
- •Establish baseline metrics and define KPIs
- •Act as deputy to the Head of GSS on transformation matters
- •Contribute to the design of a performance-driven GSS operating model
- •Design and manage a framework for Service Level Agreements and KPIs
- •Conduct outcome-driven reviews and develop monitoring dashboards
- •Gather feedback from field offices to integrate improvements
- •Establish governance structures for managing transformation initiatives
- •Ensure timely delivery of initiatives to quality standards and budget
- •Prepare and submit regular program updates to the Directorate
- •Monitor project financial performance and manage budgets
- •Demonstrate cost efficiency and value delivered
- •Lead and manage the Transformation Office global teams
- •Define roles and set performance goals for team members
- •Identify capacity gaps and arrange training opportunities
- •Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
- •Drive a performance-oriented culture for impactful services
- •Create a continuous improvement framework for process enhancements
- •Implement the GSS digitization roadmap with RPA and AI
