  • •Lead advisory projects from diagnostic assessment to implementation
  • •Define and structure strategic business transformation initiatives
  • •Manage the entire project management lifecycle
  • •Develop actionable recommendations for senior management
  • •Perform and communicate complex organizational analyses
  • •Present insights through oral briefings and written reports
  • •Apply best practice project and change management principles
  • •Facilitate buy-in across diverse stakeholder groups
  • •Supervise and mentor Advisory Associates on project teams
  • •Develop methodologies, tools, and training for the practice
  • •Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency
