•Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
•Optimize personnel, equipment, and process resources for productivity
•Plan and implement improvement projects to increase machine availability and reduce costs
•Strategically plan tool capacities and capabilities for optimal productivity and quality
•Maintain production equipment by selecting, commissioning, and designing it
•Create maintenance plans and conduct equipment checks
•Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S guidelines
•Record and report performance and costs focused on production targets
•Define and implement improvement projects
