- •Allocate daily production orders based on delivery deadlines and employee qualifications
- •Identify improvement opportunities and implement efficiency measures
- •Develop the qualification matrix to ensure operational stability
- •Transition new products into serial production and train employees
- •Provide operational support to team members on technical and methodological issues
- •Enhance workstations, machinery, and production layouts for efficiency and quality
- •Prepare technical and economic assessments for machine and equipment investments
- •Collaborate closely with technical work preparation and production control
- •Plan and coordinate tasks, schedules, and resources within the department
