•Master’s degree or equivalent in (bio)chemistry, biology, pharmacy, medical sciences, or related field
•Minimum 5 years of professional experience

•Lead a team of scientists in biopharmaceutical characterization using liquid chromatography
•Recruit and develop team members to enhance team capabilities

•Achieve the group's sales and revenue targets
•Ensure successful project execution and operational effectiveness
•Manage resources, including capacity planning and KPI tracking
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Commercial Unit and Finance
•Promote innovation and maintain expertise in LC techniques
•Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
•Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
