Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field
- •Strong interest in shaping the workforce of tomorrow
- •Interest in designing, implementing, and scaling a sustainable young talent program
- •Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
- •Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with ATS SuccessFactors is a plus

- •English proficiency, German and French are a plus

- •Organize and represent Jet Aviation at university fairs
- •Assist in planning career fairs to engage potential candidates
- •Draft and post job descriptions for internships and entry-level roles
