Anforderungen

  • •Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • •Several years of management experience in R&D in electronic systems for automotive industry
  • •Understanding of R&D, material and manufacturing processes, innovation, and projects in industrial environment
  • •Experience in multi-project management, financial/cost management, and new business opportunity identification
  • •Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • •Ability to travel a minimum of 50% internationally

  • •Develop and execute R&D strategy and resource planning
  • •Define and implement a design-to-cost strategy
  • •Optimize and expand global structures and processes
  • •Ensure local processes align with global standards
  • •Monitor research and development project progress
  • •Manage budgets and forecast to meet company targets
  • •Implement a self-financing cost center through development funds
  • •Coordinate and present strategic technology/product/system roadmaps
