- •Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- •Several years of management experience in R&D in electronic systems for automotive industry
- •Understanding of R&D, material and manufacturing processes, innovation, and projects in industrial environment
- •Experience in multi-project management, financial/cost management, and new business opportunity identification
- •Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

- •Coordinate and present strategic technology/product/system roadmaps
