Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •15+ years of experience in Record to Report
- •Strong background in global process design and finance transformation
- •Deep expertise in R2R processes, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
- •Proven experience leading complex, multi-year global transformation initiatives
- •Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and finance data governance
- •Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholders
- •Experience supporting M&A integrations and carve-outs from a finance process perspective
- •Excellent English communication skills
- •Additional languages are an advantage

- •Define and maintain the global R2R vision and taxonomy
- •Design end-to-end R2R processes for consolidation and reporting
- •Oversee financial close, fixed assets, leases, and intercompany transactions
- •Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls
- •Govern finance master data and ensure compliance
- •Establish and operate the R2R governance framework
- •Develop policies, procedures, and Process Risk and Control Matrix
- •Conduct annual end-to-end risk assessments
- •Drive process standardization and simplification initiatives
- •Manage digitalization projects with measurable KPIs
- •Define deployment strategies and develop training content
- •Support global rollouts through train-the-trainer approaches
- •Act as the primary interface for R2R design topics
- •Manage design projects and M&A integration support
- •Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders
