  • •Define and maintain the portfolio’s overarching vision
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers to identify interdependencies

  • •Continuously assess the portfolio’s mix of products
  • •Recommend additions, retirements, or pivots for value maximization
  • •Track and mitigate risks across multiple products
