Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in scientific, engineering, chemical, safety, or life science field
  • •At least 10 years of experience in Occupational and Process Safety
  • •Strong knowledge of occupational and process safety management, hazard analysis, and regulatory compliance
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • •Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • •Experience with ISO 14001/45001 management systems
  • •Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • •Ensure employee safety and well-being
  • •Identify and assess safety risks
  • •Manage safety risks effectively
  • •Drive continuous improvement in safety practices
  • •Collaborate with the EHS global team
  • •Define and implement a comprehensive safety strategy
  • •Align safety strategy with corporate goals and regulations
  • •Provide updates on safety performance to senior leadership
  • •Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments
  • •Develop and standardize safety procedures and tools
  • •Foster a robust safety culture across all sites
  • •Lead incident investigations to identify root causes
  • •Implement lessons learned to prevent future incidents
  • •Communicate safety successes and lessons throughout the organization
  • •Oversee the implementation of safety initiatives during site visits
