Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- •10 years of experience in operations, product management, contract management, or similar role
- •Knowledge of food process and technology and at least 5 years’ experience in dietary supplement finished products
- •Influencing and negotiation skills
- •Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams
- •Good communication skills and strategic thinking
- •Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Implement the Global MRS flow
- •Participate in selecting preferred partners based on technology, capacity, and flexibility
- •Guide the purchasing team in establishing manufacturing contracts
- •Monitor and ensure performance of contract manufacturers and tollers
- •Coordinate the start-up and phase-out of contract manufacturers or products
- •Ensure implementation of new products and processes at contract manufacturers and tollers
- •Define and implement a robust end-to-end enterprise model with necessary ERP systems
- •Support the innovation team during scale-up trials, including coordination with 3PM and material availability
- •Define, monitor, and commit to targets for OTIF, costs, yield, and quality
- •Report and evaluate performance against targets, analyzing deviations and implementing corrective measures
- •Represent dsm-firmenich in CAPEX projects at 3PM, ensuring project performance, cost, timing, and scope completion
- •Maintain efficient end-to-end processes by collaborating closely with regional teams
- •Maintain a network of preferred partners to meet innovation and business needs
- •Facilitate the HNC MRS network with regional teams to define standards and share best practices
