- •Minimum of 5 years managing large-scale projects
- •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
- •Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred
- •Proficiency in a GMP-regulated environment
- •Preference for Small Molecules, Peptides, or Oligos
- •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams for 3+ years
- •Strong negotiation skills
- •Commitment to high integrity and compliance

- •Handle multiple CMC projects across technologies
- •Ensure seamless execution of development and supply chain activities
- •Lead international governance teams across diverse functions
- •Manage routine production and quality control activities
- •Enforce compliance with GMP, Quality, and SHE standards
- •Conduct regular risk reviews to address supply issues
- •Manage budgets and drive cost-reduction initiatives
- •Align partner activities with global manufacturing strategy
