Global Medical & Evidence Strategy Lead(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead the development of medical and evidence strategies, ensuring optimal product positioning and enhancing patient outcomes. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with teams, analyzing research findings, and engaging with thought leaders to drive mission success.

Anforderungen

• •Medical Doctor or advanced degree in Life Sciences, with preference for fellowship training in Heart Failure, Nephrology, or Neurology
• •Extensive experience in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, or Evidence Generation within a global healthcare organization
• •Deep understanding of cardiometabolic diseases and therapeutic areas, along with knowledge of the drug development process
• •Holistic understanding of business, financial domains, and medical and evidence functions
• •Senior stakeholder management and ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships
• •Agility in learning and adapting to changes in product indications
• •Strong internal sense of accountability and commitment to personal and professional growth
• •Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with outstanding communication skills
