Anforderungen
- •Medical Doctor, PhD, or PharmD with experience in immunology, rare bleeding, or rare renal disorders
- •More than 5 years of related work experience in clinical/pharmaceutical industry
- •Established active network within complement disorders field
- •Ability to provide scientific and medical leadership in communication with external KOLs and societies
- •Strong communications skills and experience in cross-functional, international teams
- •Strategic and tactical thinking regarding innovation for patient diagnosis and management
- •Strong project management skills to complete projects within budget and timelines
- •Proactive nature to anticipate opportunities and challenges
- •Launch experience, commercial and business understanding is an advantage

- •Develop global medical affairs strategy for rare haematological and renal disorders
- •Implement tactical projects for pipeline assets impacted by the complement system
- •Provide expert medical leadership for asset development and launch planning
- •Offer medical input across product development, regulatory, pharmacoeconomic, marketing, and safety
- •Lead Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP) and execute evidence generation projects
- •Create educational materials and support affiliates in scientific dialogue and launch preparation
- •Incorporate patient and healthcare professional perspectives into organizational strategies
- •Represent the company in interactions with external scientific leaders, study centers, and patient advocacy groups
