  • •Develop HR strategic deliverables for the 2030 business strategy
  • •Focus on change management and organizational design
  • •Manage talent development and people management initiatives
  • •Act as a coach and advisor to senior leaders on HR needs
  • •Present the annual CEO Talent Review
  • •Provide guidance on people-related topics in collaboration with local HR
  • •Align global HR projects with functional people priorities
  • •Ensure coordination across the HR organization
  • •Support global HR projects
  • •Provide HR generalist support to managers and employees in Vernier
  • •Offer employee relations counsel on HR matters
  • •Participate as a key member of the site HR team in Vernier
  • •Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law
