Anforderungen
- •PhD or Master’s degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Technology
- •Longstanding relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biopharmaceutical industry
- •Extensive international leadership experience in technology management within global corporate environment
- •Deep understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA)
- •Proven expertise in global project management, change management, and intercultural leadership
- •Strong knowledge of engineering systems, automation, infrastructure, and compliance with global standards
- •Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Mandarin are a plus
