Global Head of Technology Management - Strategy & Transformation(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• •PhD or Master’s degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Technology
• •Longstanding relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biopharmaceutical industry
• •Extensive international leadership experience in technology management within global corporate environment
• •Deep understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA)
• •Proven expertise in global project management, change management, and intercultural leadership
• •Strong knowledge of engineering systems, automation, infrastructure, and compliance with global standards
• •Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Mandarin are a plus
