Anforderungen
- •Master's degree or equivalent education in mechanical engineering
- •Minimum of 5 years’ management and leadership experience in a comparable role in Quality
- •Deep knowledge of quality methods and tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and engineering methods and tools such as APQP and PPAP
- •Pragmatic and hands-on execution excellence
- •Ability to foster global collaboration with an intercultural mindset
- •Ownership and accountability
- •People management with ethical leadership
- •Min. C1 in English and German, additional languages a strong plus
- •Strong identification with corporate values: Long-term thinking, committed to excellence, always respectful, passionate about customers

- •Develop and execute the global quality strategy
- •Collaborate with Engineering and R&D leaders on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- •Establish global standards for production process control and testing protocols
- •Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives for critical field failures
- •Implement a global supplier quality management strategy
- •Promote a culture of quality responsibility across the organization
- •Partner with the Interroll Academy to create a global quality training curriculum
- •Serve as the key quality advisor to leadership teams in Operations, Technology, and Sales
