  • •5 years in team leadership with strong communication and influence skills
  • •Deep knowledge of quality management systems and automotive standards
  • •Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise and strong problem-solving skills
  • •Business-fluent English and German

  • •Define and drive a world-class quality strategy
  • •Empower teams at key sites in Lenzburg and Prague
  • •Influence senior leaders and champion the 'Voice of the Customer'
  • •Embed a Zero Defects culture through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
  • •Lead a global Quality team across multiple sites
  • •Strengthen the Quality Management System
  • •Guide transformation toward automotive standards
  • •Develop and execute the semiconductor quality strategy
  • •Implement a Continuous Improvement program
  • •Align and guide Quality Managers in Lenzburg and Prague
  • •Advance ISO 9001 compliance and transform toward IATF 16949
  • •Oversee customer quality support and failure analysis operations
  • •Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • •Develop training programs to embed quality culture and awareness
  • •Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines
