Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- •Several years of relevant experience in controlling ideally within Siemens, an industrial or technology company, an external business process outsourcing provider, or in consulting
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP applications (particularly Fiori/4) and Siemens-specific applications and analytics tools (e.g., SMART, Dashes)
- •Familiarity with modern data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME) and first experiences with AI
- •Solid understanding of global reporting processes based on ESPRIT, including consolidation topics
- •Strong analytical skills, results orientation, confident presence, and ability to drive decisions
- •Outstanding presentation skills and ease interacting with senior management
- •Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus

- •Support Business Line and Service Line management with financial insights
- •Shape multi-year plans and propose country targets
- •Challenge performance during regular reviews
- •Own reporting and contribute to business cases
- •Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- •Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Delivery on pricing and offers
- •Act as a trusted advisor on business matters
- •Prepare and evaluate business cases for decision-making
- •Define strategic multi-year business plans with management
- •Propose country-level targets independently
- •Coordinate budget planning and forecasting with management
- •Interact regularly with GBS finance teams across countries
- •Prepare and present management reports on financials and profitability
- •Assess risks, opportunities, and recommend actions
- •Prepare offer calculations and deliver customer reports
- •Oversee global costing and pricing evaluations
- •Evaluate feasibility of value flows and business models
- •Participate in projects to optimize business processes
- •Lead international business programs and initiatives
- •Drive local implementation of productivity and benchmarking projects
