Anforderungen
- •Long-term professional experience within Siemens, a Siemens related business, or in a 'Big 4' accounting firm
- •Very good career progression
- •Chartered Accountant or German 'Wirtschaftsprüfer' certification
- •Bachelors degree in business, Accounting or Finance
- •Intensive experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Performance Controlling
- •General Project Management expertise in a complex global organization
- •Experience working in an international business setting and communicating with multiple cultures
- •Commitment to continuous learning and education
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Flexibility to travel internationally and embrace remote work culture

- •Drive pre-audit planning and analyses to identify risks and controls
- •Prepare and support the execution of the audit program steps
- •Manage global client contacts and auditees to solidify trust

- •Assist clients in developing improvement measures
- •Lead closing meetings with management and discuss engagement conclusions
- •Build trusted relationships with auditees to enhance advisory role
