Anforderungen

  • 10+ years in Compensation/Total Rewards with global or multi-country scope
  • Proven leadership of annual compensation cycles, off cycle management and salary structure management
  • Strong experience in job architecture, salary range design and benchmarking methodology
  • Hands-on exposures to the HRIS/comp systems (ideally SuccessFactors)
  • Experience working in compliance- or regulatory-driven environments (EU pay transparency a plus)
  • Exceptional analytical and data governance capability
  • Demonstrated ability to standardize processes and embed governance across regions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance, and business leadership
  • Track record designing Total Rewards frameworks and driving successful implementation
  • Enterprise-first mindset, with sound judgement and confidence to uphold guardrails
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined and execution-focused working style
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • German and/or other language would be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Master��s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

  • Own and govern Mondi’s global job architecture
  • Develop and maintain global salary range structures
  • Ensure market competitiveness and alignment to job architecture
  • Lead execution of core compensation processes
  • Manage annual compensation review and bonus planning
  • Oversee off-cycle salary actions for accuracy and consistency
  • Conduct global benchmarking and market insights
  • Participate in surveys and consolidate market data
  • Drive compensation data governance in SuccessFactors
  • Establish data definitions, controls, and validation
  • Ensure reporting accuracy for compensation data
  • Build and maintain pay equity analysis and transparency readiness
  • Support employee query handling with data models and reporting logic
  • Establish compensation governance and internal controls
  • Ensure compliance and audit readiness across the enterprise
  • Enable Total Rewards Business Partners and HRs with tools and templates
  • Support consistent application of compensation frameworks
  • Identify and lead process optimization opportunities
  • Shape a scalable and repeatable compensation operating model
