- •Studies in Tax or Accounting
- •Completed professional education in taxation
- •Strong knowledge in Accounting and Finance
- •Strong knowledge of taxes, particularly VAT
- •Good analytical and IT skills
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
- •Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- •Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- •Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •High level of integrity and professionalism
- •German (fluent)
- •English (C1 level)
- •Occasional travel required (Driver’s license class B)
- •Reports directly to the Head of Accounting and Tax
- •No personnel responsibility

- •Process and reconcile customer payments
- •Ensure accurate bank reconciliation and posting
- •Manage accounting for fixed assets
- •Maintain accurate fixed asset records
- •Prepare and post journal entries
- •Ensure compliance with HGB and IFRS
- •Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- •Keep financial records accurate and up to date
- •Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
- •Prepare and file financial reports for authorities
- •Implement and maintain internal controls
- •Safeguard assets and prevent fraud
- •Assist with internal and external audits
- •Provide documentation and support as needed
