Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- •At least two years of working experience in a Big4 audit firm
- •Very good knowledge of accounting principles (HGB & IFRS or US-GAAP)
- •Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP (ideally, NetSuite)
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English
- •Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse large sets of data
- •High sense of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- •Continuous improvement & development mindset
- •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

- •Maintain the general ledger

- •Perform reconciliations
- •Monitor accounts payable and receivable cycles
- •Ensure timely processing of invoices

- •Prepare monthly financial statements
- •Prepare quarterly financial statements
- •Prepare annual financial statements
- •Coordinate financial reporting for subsidiaries
- •Perform consolidation processes
- •Analyze financial data
- •Provide insights on performance and financial health
- •Maintain accounting policies and processes
- •Improve internal controls
- •Ensure compliance with tax regulations
- •Adhere to regulatory and statutory requirements
