- •Maintain the general ledger
- •Assist with treasury functions
- •Prepare financial reports
- •Ensure compliance with local GAAP and corporate policies
- •File tax documents accurately
- •Collaborate with colleagues on payment creation and booking
- •Confirm intercompany transactions
- •Perform reconciliations and settlements
- •Contribute to timely monthly financial closings
- •Conduct profitability and variance analysis
- •Keep account reconciliations up to date
- •Prepare statutory accounts for the German legal entity
- •Coordinate with auditors and advisors
- •Manage cash flow planning and cash management
- •Oversee accounts receivable and credit control
- •Work with other accounting teams on sales margin allocation
- •Liaise with government agencies, bankers, and suppliers
- •Provide backup support for accounts payable and receivable teams
