•Few years of experience in Medical Affairs or pharmaceutical industry
•Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
•Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and digital platform development
•Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex global environments

•Lead the global EAT capability strategy
•Align EAT strategy with corporate objectives and regulatory frameworks
•Champion the Global Out of Scope Platform for single patient use
•Oversee training and onboarding initiatives across regions
•Develop standardized processes for EAT implementation
•Create global EAT SOP and local working instructions
•Manage cross-functional squads for collaboration
•Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs
•Co-create digital tools and channels with IT
•Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards and ethics
•Prepare for audits and inspections with metric-based evaluations
•Drive stakeholder engagement for timely EAT delivery
