Anforderungen

  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, financial accounting, or audit
  • •Strong financial acumen with knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, and/or IFRS
  • •Completed commercial or accounting-related education, ideally with professional accounting qualification
  • •Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
  • •Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting or fund administration software advantageous
  • •Excellent command of English
  • •Strong communication skills, team spirit, and ability to work independently and proactively

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Perform day-to-day accounting for closed-end funds
  • •Maintain investment ledgers and general ledger accounts
  • •Book capital calls, distributions, management fees, and other fund-related expenses
  • •Manage accounts payable
  • •Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements under UK GAAP, US GAAP, and fair value principles
  • •Execute month-end closes and reconciliations of cash, investments, and balance sheet accounts
  • •Conduct variance analyses
  • •Review transaction documentation and prepare transaction overview sheets
  • •Maintain organized documentation for all fund accounting activities
  • •Research and resolve discrepancies and ad hoc issues
  • •Assist with regulatory filings and investor reporting packages
  • •Contribute to the improvement and automation of accounting processes
