Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Web Development, Design, Computer Science, or related fields
- •5+ years in front-end development
- •3+ years in UX/UI design and user-centered design
- •Proven experience delivering responsive and accessible digital products
- •Strong expertise in Drupal theming and front-end customization
- •Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Vue/Angular, and Git/CI/CD workflows
- •Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and web data tracking
- •Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
- •Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset
- •Excellent project management and time-management skills
- •High attention to detail and ability to review others’ work with accuracy
- •Agile working style and stakeholder-focused approach
- •Outstanding verbal and written communication; strong active-listening skills
- •Fluency in English required
- •Spanish or French is a plus
- •Experience working in multicultural, multilingual, global teams

- •Build responsive and accessible interfaces using modern frameworks
- •Develop and customize Drupal themes and front-end components
- •Ensure cross-browser compatibility and web standards
- •Optimize front-end architecture for speed and usability
- •Document and maintain code
- •Conduct user research and usability testing
- •Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
- •Apply UX/UI best practices for engagement and accessibility
- •Review usability of websites and applications
- •Integrate APIs and collaborate with back-end engineers
- •Align with brand guidelines alongside content and digital strategy teams
- •Collaborate with external consultants on digital platforms
- •Support consistency across all digital touchpoints
- •Manage full project cycles including scoping and delivery
- •Produce project summaries, deliverables, and roadmaps
- •Perform QA testing and develop test plans for standards
- •Implement and maintain web data tracking
- •Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and digital experience
