Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or similar field
- •MBA preferred
- •Minimum of 7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device industries
- •Good knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) with advanced knowledge beneficial
- •Excellent training and presentation abilities
- •Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- •Video creation skills beneficial
- •Experience with SharePoint, BLOOM Channel, and SuccessFactors
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- •Support AI/GenAI adoption within Takeda Finance
- •Identify and channel FP&A community needs for system enhancements
- •Manage change activities for Finance solutions implementation
- •Collaborate with a global FP&A community of 500 Finance Business Partners
- •Deliver training through the FP&A Excellence Academy
- •Lead Leadership Forums for FP&A and Finance heads
- •Engage with leaders in FP&A Excellence executive check meetings
- •Maintain the global FP&A Excellence SharePoint and BLOOM Channel
- •Prepare global communications on Finance solutions and technical incidents
- •Create informative videos using an AI-based video maker
