Anforderungen
- •Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Strategy, M&A, or similar areas
- •Experience in market and competition analysis, sales processes, customer experience processes, product development processes, and digitization trends
- •Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX
- •Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and IPT
- •Ability to take over end-to-end responsibility for tasks with a hands-on mentality and meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- •Strong analytical skills to translate financial metrics into digestible information for management
- •Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior leadership

- •Serve as a strategic advisor to the business
- •Deliver actionable financial insights for decision-making
- •Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence
- •Optimize financial performance across business units
- •Ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting
- •Explain NFI and MRC actuals by product drivers
- •Incorporate insights into rolling forecasts and budgets
- •Assess scalability and annualization of driver effects
- •Evaluate planning inputs for correctness and value
- •Identify risks and opportunities from deviation analysis
- •Size mitigation measures to meet company targets
- •Collaborate with business units on performance drivers
- •Formulate a base evolution story for total company results
- •Interpret individual driver results in the context of the company P&L
- •Define and calculate KPIs for consistent reporting
- •Understand differences between internal and external reports
- •Own and maintain planning tools and data quality from Qliksense, SAP, and IPT
