•Senior product leadership experience
•Experience as a founding or lead product manager in a scaleup environment
•Ownership of complex products with real users, revenue, and technical depth
•Comfort with high autonomy and responsibility
•Excellent education in a technical or technically influenced study program

•Strong AI and technical product understanding

Deine Aufgaben

•Co-own Bliro's product vision and strategy with the CTPO
•Translate company goals and customer needs into a product roadmap
•Balance short-term execution with long-term platform and AI strategy
•Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery and impact measurement
•Conduct product discovery with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders
•Define clear problem statements, product outcomes, and success metrics
•Transform ambiguous problems into well-scoped initiatives
•Drive product development around AI workflows and automation
•Collaborate with engineers to design scalable and reliable AI features
•Manage trade-offs around latency, reliability, UX, and explainability
•Ensure a cohesive product experience across Web, Desktop, and Mobile
•Think in user workflows and jobs to be done, not isolated features
•Design and introduce best-practice product processes
•Implement outcome-driven roadmapping and prioritization
•Establish structured product discovery and validation
•Create clear, high-quality PRDs and decision frameworks
•Facilitate product rituals that enhance focus without slowing teams
•Act as a role model for strong product thinking and ownership
•Shape future product hires and the evolution of the product organization
