Anforderungen

•Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
•5+ years’ experience in chemical/biotech/process manufacturing
•Proven track record in significant investment projects
•Strong knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting, ESHQ, and process safety
•Natural leadership with balance of structure and efficiency
•Hands-on, pragmatic, and team-oriented with strong time management
•Fluency in English and German
•Motivation by sustainability and eagerness to join a biotech startup

Deine Aufgaben

•Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the production plant
•Align external contractors and site infrastructure to meet timelines and budgets
•Hire, onboard, and train the plant operations team
•Develop and implement SOPs for new processes, ensuring safety and compliance
•Transition into the Plant Manager role to ensure safe and efficient operations
•Optimize production processes to enhance performance, quality, and yield
•Embed MicroHarvest’s collaborative culture into the new location
