Anforderungen
- •Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
- •5+ years’ experience in chemical/biotech/process manufacturing
- •Proven track record in significant investment projects
- •Strong knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting, ESHQ, and process safety
- •Natural leadership with balance of structure and efficiency
- •Hands-on, pragmatic, and team-oriented with strong time management
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Motivation by sustainability and eagerness to join a biotech startup

- •Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the production plant
- •Align external contractors and site infrastructure to meet timelines and budgets
- •Hire, onboard, and train the plant operations team

- •Transition into the Plant Manager role to ensure safe and efficient operations
- •Optimize production processes to enhance performance, quality, and yield
- •Embed MicroHarvest’s collaborative culture into the new location
