Deine Aufgaben
- •Contribute to enhancing aroma and flavor in ChoViva products
- •Support recipe and flavor development for current and new ingredients
- •Plan and execute test productions, including raw material preparation
- •Conduct food science analyses using rheometers and texture analyzers
- •Utilize refractometers and sensory evaluation methods for analysis
- •Assist in flavor analytics using GC-MS when applicable
- •Document new recipes and create product prototypes with the Sales team
- •Assist with packing and shipping prototypes to clients
