- •Education as Fire Officer or related field
- •Recognised Fire Officer certification and incident command training
- •Five years' experience as Fire Officer
- •Understanding of fire station operations and readiness
- •Leadership and decision-making under pressure

- •Desirable experience in Fire Prevention or response
- •Ability to plan and execute emergency operations
