Anforderungen
- •Minimum of 3 years working experience in Business Intelligence
- •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, or IT
- •Profound knowledge of SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- •Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Workfront
- •Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes
- •Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and find solutions
- •High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills
- •Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholders
- •Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- •Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German is a plus

- •Develop BI reporting solutions in collaboration with the IT team
- •Manage complex cross-functional projects
- •Collect and analyze requirements from finance and controlling departments
- •Align requirements with other business teams
- •Translate business and process requirements into functional concepts
- •Create system-based concepts for technical implementation
- •Discuss and align concepts with stakeholders in business and IT
- •Set up efficient testing concepts and processes
- •Conduct testing initiatives and quality assurance
- •Provide training and documentation for the data process governance team
- •Define work packages and project plans with IT
- •Monitor milestone achievements during project phases
- •Document project progress in management tools
- •Communicate proactively with all involved parties
- •Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
- •Prepare cutover plans for go-live with the governance team
