- •Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
- •Set realistic project timelines and track progress
- •Allocate resources and monitor budgets
- •Facilitate workshops and drive innovation
- •Identify and address bottlenecks through proactive communication
- •Act as a trusted partner for subsidiaries and headquarters
- •Provide expert support for complex process and system issues
- •Mentor colleagues on end-to-end integration
- •Lead discussions and initiatives to improve data quality
