Anforderungen
- •Degree in Finance or Business Administration
- •At least 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A for FMCG company or external audit firm
- •Ability to learn quickly and leverage technology solutions
- •Good understanding of P&L impacts of business decisions
- •Strong teamwork and communication skills
- •Strategic thinking with attention to detail
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
- •Knowledge of finance tools (Jedox, Qlik, Power BI, JD Edwards) is an advantage
- •Fluency in English written and verbal, German is a plus

- •Contribute to monthly P&L reporting cycle
- •Prepare high-quality management commentary for HQ in Paris
- •Support development of planning scenarios and Rolling Forecasts
- •Conduct Risks & Opportunities analyses
- •Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and insights
- •Create presentations for management and key stakeholders
- •Act as a business partner to OPEX and Marketing teams
- •Support forecast planning and monitor financial business cases
- •Identify cost-efficiency opportunities
- •Consolidate OPEX costs for Northern Europe markets
- •Support Group Finance Transformation initiatives
- •Enhance BI strategy and reporting landscape
