Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- •3–5 years of experience in Business Controlling or Financial Analysis, ideally within Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain environments
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI, PowerQuery, and/or PowerPivot
- •Structured, proactive, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus

- •Monitor and report on purchasing performance
- •Analyze KPIs such as supplier performance and cost development
- •Identify cost-saving opportunities
- •Support strategic sourcing initiatives
- •Track purchase prices, supplier terms, and contract conditions
- •Conduct detailed data analyses on material costs and purchasing trends
- •Forecast supply chain risks to support decision-making
- •Contribute to budget planning and forecasting
- •Prepare annual budgets for the purchasing area
- •Track variances and explain deviations
- •Drive process improvement in purchasing processes
- •Develop and optimize reporting tools and data flows
- •Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- •Act as a financial sparring partner to the Head of Purchasing
- •Translate complex data into actionable recommendations
