Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- •5 years in a Manufacturing Environment
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Proficient with Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel

Deine Aufgaben
- •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports for plant operations
- •Assist in developing detailed cost center spending forecasts and budgets
- •Analyze weekly and monthly variances to forecast
- •Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and perform testing
- •Participate in Daily Plant Operational Meetings and Kaizen events
- •Understand key cost streams and identify cost-saving opportunities
- •Assist in the month-end close process, including journal entries and analysis
- •Partner with the Plant Operations Team on strategic initiatives
- •Provide decision support for key business cases and projects
- •Support the Plant Controller and collaborate with Plant Operations, Supply, and Materials
- •Update standard costs as necessary
