Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
•5 years in a Manufacturing Environment
•Strong analytical skills
•Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel

Deine Aufgaben

•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports for plant operations
•Assist in developing detailed cost center spending forecasts and budgets
•Analyze weekly and monthly variances to forecast
•Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and perform testing
•Participate in Daily Plant Operational Meetings and Kaizen events
•Understand key cost streams and identify cost-saving opportunities
•Assist in the month-end close process, including journal entries and analysis
•Partner with the Plant Operations Team on strategic initiatives
•Provide decision support for key business cases and projects
•Support the Plant Controller and collaborate with Plant Operations, Supply, and Materials
•Update standard costs as necessary
