Anforderungen
- •BA/BS or equivalent in accounting or business
- •Ten years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- •Three to five years of finance leadership experience with a medium-to-large organization
- •Experience with a pharmaceutical manufacturer
- •Experience with Lean implementation
- •Professional designations (CPA, CMA) or additional education (MBA)
- •Significant exposure to business development involving negotiations
- •Strong operations background with ability to establish pricing/costing controls
- •Fluency in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting
- •Provide meaningful financial analysis to the VP Finance and local management
- •Lead monthly site management forecast reviews
- •Discuss actual results and forecast changes with the Business Unit team
- •Provide financial input during site management team meetings
- •Partner with the general manager on operational decisions
- •Ensure compliance with financial policies and GAAP
- •Load Capital Appropriation Requests accurately into the Capex System
- •Coordinate the annual budget process with the management team
- •Facilitate the five-year strategic planning process
- •Analyze strategic initiatives for site growth
- •Manage local tax filings and corporate governance
- •Prepare year-end statutory accounts and audit schedules
- •Oversee daily cash management and monthly cash flow forecasting
- •Administer company loans and manage foreign currency exposure
- •Support staff development and performance standards
