Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline
- •Four to six years of finance/accounting/audit experience
- •Understanding of the Divisional financial process
- •Ability to interact with all levels of management
- •Excellent system skills, aptitude, and experience with multi-dimensional reporting systems (e.g. TM/1, Dodeca), SAP, HFM, and Excel
- •Fluency in English; fluency in a second language a plus
- •Cross-cultural/international experience and willingness to international mobility
- •Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and share business implications of financial results

- •Provide financial analysis and support to International Area teams
- •Create and maintain International standard financial reporting packages
- •Consolidate and analyze profit and loss reporting for 57 International countries
- •Assist in reviewing analytics and reporting for monthly actuals
- •Support LBE package preparation with Area Controller and HQ Finance management
- •Leverage reporting tools like Dodeca and Excel for financial analysis
- •Implement new tools such as Power BI and AI technologies for reporting
- •Assist FP&A Manager in consolidating LBE/MEC/Confirm deliverables
- •Coordinate with regions and countries for financial reporting
- •Develop new processes to enhance business operations
- •Strengthen existing financial processes throughout EMEAP
