Anforderungen
- •Degree in accounting, economics, or finance
- •Genuine interest in Financial Restructuring or complex financial transactions
- •Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or debt fund
- •Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies
- •Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
- •Strong LBO and DCF modelling skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Scandinavian
- •Strong written and verbal communication in German and English
- •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- •Exceptional strong work ethic
- •Motivation and ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff

- •Advise companies on out-of-court restructuring transactions
- •Provide advisory services in stressed and distressed situations
- •Participate in complex negotiations for clients
- •Offer distressed M&A advisory
- •Advise on debt and equity raising in stressed situations
- •Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial information
- •Create financial models
- •Coordinate and perform business due diligence
- •Assist in preparing confidential information memoranda and management presentations
- •Support the creation of marketing pitches and other presentations
- •Prepare preliminary valuation analyses for discussions and negotiations
- •Assist in planning and executing marketing engagements
- •Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional advisors
