Anforderungen
- •Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
- •Strong Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- •At least 1 year of full-time experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or Transactions Services consulting or corporate development
- •Experience in executing sell-side transactions
- •Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- •Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory
- •Excellent understanding of financial statements analysis
