Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred)
- •8+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
- •Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial operations
- •Experience managing entities outside Oracle ERP environments
- •Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Valid working permit for Germany

- •Design financial controls for non-Oracle environments
- •Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- •Resolve inefficiencies in financial reporting processes
- •Lead automation and system enhancement initiatives
- •Provide financial insights for commercial decisions
- •Align finance support with business growth plans
- •Mentor a geographically distributed finance team
- •Drive cross-functional change management efforts
