Anforderungen
- •Genuine interest in developing a career in Finance
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, related field, or equivalent professional experience
- •Effective communication skills in English and German (C1 minimum)
- •Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- •Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- •Knowledge of Workday, Datev, Moss, or EasyBill
- •Mastery of the Moss platform
- •Mastery of user payouts and the system around it
- •Familiarity with Accounts Receivable tasks
- •Familiarity with Procurement and Tax Credit activities
- •Positive can-do attitude and willingness to grow
Bachelor-Abschluss
Deine Aufgaben
- •Master the Moss platform and manage associated invoices
- •Handle the accounts payable email and respond to supplier queries
- •Support the team during Month's End Close and Year's End Close
- •Verify accuracy of company travel expense invoices
- •Assist in generating daily SEPA files for user payouts
- •Collaborate with customer support to provide confirmations for user payouts
- •Support other areas of Finance as needed
