Anforderungen
- •Degree in Finance/Business or equivalent practical experience
- •Approx. 2 years of experience in accounting or operational finance role
- •Comfortable in high-volume transactional environment
- •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- •Proven experience with standard accounting platforms or similar ERP systems
- •Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with BI tools
- •Strong analytical skills with a detective mindset
- •Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- •Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- •German language skills are a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage the full-cycle invoicing process for partners
- •Ensure accurate invoice generation based on platform data
- •Perform daily reconciliations of bank payments against invoices
- •Monitor Accounts Receivable aging reports
- •Support the collection process to ensure timely receipt of funds
- •Execute the weekly Transactions Matching process
- •Investigate discrepancies in large datasets
- •Prepare payable reports based on matching results
- •Support the Month-End Closing process
- •Focus on Revenue Recognition and Cost of Sales reconciliation
- •Prepare journal entries in the ERP system
- •Conduct monthly reconciliations for financial accuracy
- •Provide financial data to support team initiatives
- •Collaborate with sales, tech, and operations teams
- •Ensure correct booking of intercompany costs and invoicing
- •Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
- •Continuously assess and improve accounting processes
- •Recommend enhancements to financial reporting and analysis
