Anforderungen
- •MSc or PhD in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Stem Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related scientific field
- •At least 4 years of experience working with flow cytometry instruments
- •Minimum of 4 years of laboratory experience, including sample preparation, compensation, and use of appropriate controls
- •Experience in spectral flow cytometry preferred
- •Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and application-related problems
- •Strong collaboration skills across internal and field-based teams
- •Excellent time management and organizational skills
- •Independent, dedicated, and customer-focused mindset
- •Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- •Ability to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical documentation
- •Capability to perform data analysis and data manipulation
- •Good commercial awareness and professional demeanor
- •Fluent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
- •Travel extensively within the assigned territory (50–75%)
