•Completed university degree and PhD in thermal process engineering or thermodynamics
•Comfortable at the interface between development and production
•Initial experience in project management
•Familiarity with essential tools in thermal process engineering and thermodynamics

•Develop and optimize distillation processes
•Enhance extraction and fluid separation processes
•Contribute to scale-up activities and technology transfers
•Evaluate existing data and analyze production processes
•Conduct dedicated experimental investigations
•Coordinate projects and supervise test and pilot plants
•Plan complex experiments and simulate fluid processes
•Plan technical equipment and plant setups
•Coordinate analytical characterization of thermodynamic properties
•Analyze extraction and distillation behavior under various conditions
•Supervise laboratory equipment maintenance
•Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
•Support commissioning and troubleshooting in production plants
•Provide technical solutions based on scientific approaches
•Evaluate novel separation technologies and equipment
•Contribute to internal knowledge development and external scientific exchange
